Breast Augmentation Through Botox?The plastic surgery community has been known to explore and introduce forward thinking approaches to plastic surgery that can serve as an adjunct to plastic surgery treatment or an alternative option for those that do not otherwise qualify for a specific plastic surgery procedure such as breast augmentation. Breast augmentation has been traditionally performed through the use of silicone or saline implants or in select cases, tissue expandors. Breast augmentation through fat grafting is one breast augmentation alternative that is currently under formal review. Yet, the latest media announcement about breast augmentation is that Botox can be an alternative to breast augmentation. However, the idea about Botox being an alternative to breast augmentation has not undergone a formal investigation. Breast augmentation has
